Anthony Deliso

Anthony Deliso, CPA, MBA, is the director of operations of EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC, with more than 21 years of management and investment related experience working in public accounting, specializing in financial services and for investment partnerships and commodity pools, and providing accounting, tax, and administration services. He frequently speaks before professional audiences on topics related to hedge fund auditing, accounting, tax, and administration concerns.

Chris Bekmessian

Chris Bekmessian, CPA, is a tax partner and co-chair of the financial services practice at EisnerAmper LLP, serving some of EisnerAmper’s largest hedge funds, mutual funds, and broker-dealer clients. Chris has more than 25 years of audit, tax, and business advisory experience.

Chris has been actively involved in developing EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC and coordinates all tax related services.

Chris is a frequent speaker on issues affecting hedge funds, a member of the Wall Street Tax Association, and an active board member of Hedge Funds Care’s Committee of Hearts. He is also a member of EisnerAmper’s executive committee.

Peter Cogan

Peter Cogan, CPA, is an audit partner and co-chair of the financial services practice at EisnerAmper LLP with more than 18 years of audit, tax and business advisory experience. He is also a member of the firm's Executive Committee. Peter is the partner-in-charge of EisnerAmper's Cayman Island office, coordinating all audit services provided by that office. He is also instrumental in the training program for the financial services staff.

Peter serves as an audit partner on some of EisnerAmper's largest hedge funds, mutual funds, private equity funds, and broker-dealer clients. He serves on the Financial Management Committee of the Securities Industry Association.

Robert Brooks

Robert Brooks, CPA, is a senior manager with EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC. Robert has provided audit, tax and accounting services to hedge funds, fund of funds and private equity funds for more than 10 years, having worked at both a public accounting firm and an asset management firm. He has experience with various financial products such as long and short equities, options, PIPEs, private placements and various debt and equity derivatives.

Joseph Lanese

Joseph Lanese is a senior manager with EisnerAmper Fund Services LLC. He manages and provides administrative services for hedge funds, including fund of funds, offshore funds, and master-feeder structures. His product exposure includes long and short securities, and derivative instruments including options, warrants and swaps. Joseph has more than 8 years of experience, providing accounting, tax, and administrative services for hedge funds.
